Breast Cancer Six-Word Memoirs for BCAM 2013 – Week of Oct. 6

We at Living Beyond Breast Cancer want to make sure women with breast cancer have opportunities to tell their stories and inspire others in October and beyond. Feeling inspired by Smith Magazine, the creators of the Six-Word Memoir project, LBBC is collecting and posting your six-word memoirs as part of our BCAM efforts. Here’s our second week of breast cancer six-word memoirs.

You’ve been following our six-word memoir posts on Facebook, and viewed our very short stories the week of Oct. 1.

We’ve continued collecting and posting your submissions, and we have seven new posts to share with you in the gallery below.

If you haven’t shared your six-word memoir about your breast cancer experience, share it now! Email online@lbbc.org with your first and last name, age, year diagnosed, whether you have early-stage or metastatic disease and your story in six words.

Continue checking out our Facebook page and the LBBC Blog throughout October for more breast cancer six-word memoirs!
